App Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using the app, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions, so please read them carefully before using the app. You are not permitted to copy, modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. Attempting to extract the source code of the app or translating it into other languages or creating derivative versions is also strictly prohibited. The app, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, continue to belong to K-TECHNOLOGIES.
K-TECHNOLOGIES is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will always make it very clear to you what you are paying for before charging you for the app or its services.
The My Wall app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us to offer our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromising your phone’s security features and potentially causing the My Wall app to not work properly or at all.
The app does utilize third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Links to the Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers used by the app are provided below:

Please be aware that certain functions of the app require an active internet connection, which can be provided by either Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. K-TECHNOLOGIES cannot be held responsible if the app does not work at full functionality due to a lack of internet access. If you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance, you may incur charges from your mobile provider. By using the app, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory (region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
K-TECHNOLOGIES cannot always take responsibility for how you use the app. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to access the Service, K-KTECHNOLOGIES cannot accept responsibility.
Regarding K-TECHNOLOGIES’ responsibility for your use of the app, please keep in mind that while we strive to ensure that the app is updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide us with information to make it available to you. K-TECHNOLOGIES accepts no liability for any loss, whether direct or indirect, that you may experience as a result of relying solely on the functionality of the app.
At some point, we may release updates to the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS, and the requirements for both systems (as well as any additional systems we may decide to extend the app to) may change. You will need to download these updates if you wish to continue using the app. K-TECHNOLOGIES does not guarantee that it will always update the app to be compatible with the version of Android or iOS installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the application when offered. We may also choose to discontinue providing the app and may terminate its use at any time without providing notice of termination. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon termination:
- (a) The rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.
- (b) You must cease using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, we recommend reviewing this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
